O & S Management is a Chicago property management company serving residential renters throughout South Shore, Chatham, North Park Manor and surrounding areas. Our company focuses on community rejuvenation through property rehabilitation — purchasing properties in need of a little tender loving care and renovating them as necessary to provide quality living spaces.

Many of our tenants tell us that we are the best landlords they have ever had — recommendations that we are extremely proud of. It is nice to see that our hard work and dedication make a difference. We want you to feel comfortable and supported in our rentals, however long you choose to rent from us.

Our company has owned and managed residential rentals in Chicago since 1991, so we have seen a lot of changes through the years. While what is “hot” may change frequently, the fundamentals of being a good landlord never do. We take care of our properties and make sure our tenants are never overlooked.
